NCPCAudit provides AI-powered website auditing services that analyze websites for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) performance. Our service generates automated reports and provides conversational AI assistance for website analysis.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

Audit reports generated by our service are provided to you for your use, but the underlying technology and methodology remain our property.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

NCPCAudit provides audit reports and recommendations as informational tools. We make no guarantees about ranking improvements or search engine performance. You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations and monitoring their effects. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to our service. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of NCPCAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
